Your face holds tension
the same way your body does.

Face yoga — and a practice designed for one person: you.

  1. 01 — Renew

Your face holds tension. Let it go.

Your face carries the weight of daily life — the clenched jaw, the furrowed brow, the tightening around the eyes. Through face yoga, acupressure, and lymphatic work, we release what's held and retrain the 57 muscles that shape your expression. The result isn't a different face. It's yours — softer, brighter, moving like it did a decade ago. No needles required.

  2. 02 — Unwind

What the week has left in your body.

Stress doesn't stay in the mind. It lives in the shoulders, the jaw, the breath. A private session is slower, quieter, and tuned to your nervous system. You'll leave lighter than you arrived, and sleep like you mean it.

  3. 03 — Realign

    Undo the desk. Stand beautifully.

Forward shoulders, a tightening upper back, the beginnings of a dowager's hump — these aren't inevitable, they're postural. Together we'll open what's collapsed, strengthen what's gone quiet, and retrain the way your body carries itself through the day.

Your face is where everything begins.
One teacher. One practice. All you.

What it is

Your face has 57 muscles. Most of us have never consciously trained them. Over time, habitual expressions — the furrowed brow, the clenched jaw, the squint — tighten into patterns that show up in your features.

Face yoga works those muscles directly: toning what has softened, releasing what has hardened, and restoring circulation that stress and age quietly diminish. Combined with acupressure and lymphatic techniques, each session addresses your face as a whole — not just the surface.

Results build with consistency. Most clients notice a difference within four to six sessions.

Your yoga teacher

Michelle

I came to yoga not through leisure, but through necessity — after years in senior corporate roles where the pace left little room for the body to recover. What began as a personal practice became a decade-long study, and eventually a calling to teach what had quietly transformed my own life.

My specialisation is face yoga — the practice of intentionally training the 57 muscles of the face to tone, lift, and restore what stress and time quietly take. My wider training spans traditional hatha yoga as a foundation and spinal yoga for posture and alignment — practices that support and deepen the face yoga work. I believe yoga is a pathway to balance — not only in the body, but in the mind and inner self.

My teaching is unhurried, precise, and rooted in helping each student find their own sustainable rhythm. Through mindful movement and breath, I aim to create space where you can build strength, improve posture, reconnect with yourself, and carry that stillness into everyday life. Many of my students stay with me for more than a year — and over time, grow into a practice that is wholly their own.

"I initially started face yoga with Michelle because I wanted to reduce puffiness, but I ended up loving it for so many other reasons too. It feels incredibly soothing, almost like giving yourself a gentle massage, and it's become such a nice self-care ritual for me. I've noticed my face looks less puffy and more refreshed, but more than that, it just feels good to slow down and take care of myself in that way. It's a small practice that makes a big difference."

Face Yoga Private client

"I spend a lot of time at a desk for work, and with years of gym training, I didn't realise how much tension and tightness I was holding in my upper body. My posture had gotten pretty bad and I was starting to develop a noticeable hunch. After working with Michelle consistently, I became much more aware of how I was standing and moving. My posture improved so much that I genuinely feel taller — I've even gained back a few centimetres. I look better, feel better, and my body feels a lot more open now."

Posture & Alignment Private yoga client

"My mind is always on, work was intense, my body felt like it was always in overdrive, and I was struggling to properly relax or sleep well. Practising with Michelle has helped me slow down in a way I didn't know I needed. I've learnt how to breathe, release tension, and actually let my body rest. I feel calmer, more grounded, and I'm sleeping much better now."

The jaw holds everything

Stress finds the jaw first. Releasing it changes not just how you feel, but how your face looks — and how much of your day you've been carrying in your face without knowing.
